For relaxed, natural family sessions, Frisco Commons Park is hard to beat, with walking trails, a pond, and big shade trees that give us soft, flattering light in the evening. Harold Bacchus Community Park offers wide open green space that’s perfect for big multi-generation groups and kids who need room to run. If your family’s style is more urban, Frisco Square gives us brick streets and clean architecture, and during December the holiday lights make an unforgettable Christmas-card backdrop.

Many Frisco families also love a session in their own neighborhood park or even their backyard. Familiar surroundings help young kids relax, and relaxed kids make the best photos. Wondering how to dress everyone? Coordinate two or three colors rather than matching exactly, skip the big logos, and choose comfort first. What’s Included?

So, how will this work? Family photos can seem stressful, so I try to make them easy (and fun). Simply put, I will meet you at a time and Frisco location we agree on and start taking pictures. Wrangling toddlers, coaxing teenagers, keeping grandpa laughing: that’s all part of the job, and honestly, it’s my favorite part.

Afterwards, I’ll edit the pictures and deliver the best shots to you digitally. Once delivered, the digital picture files are yours to use as you please. Professionally prepared prints and print products can be ordered directly from our website.

What time of day is best for family photos in Frisco?

The hour before sunset, hands down. The low golden light at Frisco Commons or Harold Bacchus Park is soft and flattering for every skin tone, and it keeps everyone from squinting. Morning sessions work great for toddlers who nap in the afternoon.

What should my family wear?

Coordinate a palette of two or three colors instead of matching outfits exactly. Skip big logos and busy patterns, layer where you can, and wear shoes you can actually walk in. When in doubt, send me photos of your options and I’ll help you choose.

What happens if it rains on our session day?

Texas weather keeps us flexible. Light overcast is actually wonderful for photos, it acts like a giant softbox. If the weather is genuinely bad, we simply find another date that works. No drama, no penalty, just a quick reschedule.
