It’s Showtime! I was so excited when Haden’s mom contacted me about taking some senior football pictures for Haden with his buddies, Andrew and Maddox. They very quickly became My Three Favorite Allen Eagles. What a fun session that was. I was so happy when she contacted me again about a senior session for Haden. And what a perfect session we had!
We headed over to the railroad tracks for a few fun photos to start. Some in his letter jacket and some in an OU shirt, with his awesome boots, of course. And just like at the football session with his friends, Haden kept me laughing and entertained me (and his mom) throughout the session. He was such a good sport, agreeing to stop each time I saw some “perfect light” for a picture.
And like the football players I’ve photographed before, Haden’s smile brightened when we started talking about football while taking pictures at the stadium. It was so fun to hear more stories from his years on the football team. These boys have created such a great bond with one another, and so many wonderful memories they will never forget.
All the crazy COVID stuff does not seem to be getting Haden down at all. He’s excited about his senior year, and he’s excited about football. Here’s hoping our Allen Eagles are back on the field soon. It’s much more fun to watch and cheer on the Eagles when you know the quarterback!
It seems like just yesterday I was taking senior pictures of Hunter, Haden’s older brother. It was actually one of my first, full senior sessions. Check out the blog post titled A Senior Photo Shoot with Hunter…What An Exciting Highschool Career. It’s so fun to look at both blog posts and see the similarities and differences in not only the brothers, but my pictures! So much is still the same, and yet so much has changed…
I loved meeting both boys, and I’m so happy that their parents trusted me not one, not two, but three times to capture some special pictures of their sons. What a blessing! Best of luck to you this year, Haden. I’m excited for you to get back on the field so I can cheer you on. Go Eagles!
Until next time…
