Cancellation Policy

How Booking Works

When you book a session with me, I set aside that date and time just for you. That means I’m turning away other clients who might want that same spot. To hold your place on my calendar, I ask for a non-refundable session retainer when you book.

Think of the retainer as reserving your seat — once it’s reserved, that time belongs to you.

If You Need to Cancel

I completely understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan. If you need to cancel your session, the retainer is non-refundable — but it doesn’t disappear. You can apply it toward a future session with me. I’d much rather see you later than not at all!

Any additional payments you’ve made beyond the retainer will be refunded in full.

If You Need to Reschedule

No problem! Just let me know as soon as you can, and we’ll find a new date that works for both of us. Your retainer simply moves to the new date. I just ask that you give me as much notice as possible so I have the best chance of fitting you in.

Weather

Texas weather has a mind of its own. If conditions are unsafe or severe, I’ll reach out and we’ll reschedule together at no extra cost. That’s on Mother Nature, not you.

If I Need to Cancel

In the rare event that I need to cancel your session, you’ll receive a full refund of everything you’ve paid — retainer included — or we can reschedule to a date that works for you. Your choice.

The Bottom Line

I keep things simple. The retainer is non-refundable because it holds your spot, but it’s always good toward a future session if plans change. Everything else is flexible — I’m here to work with you, not against you.

By booking your session and paying the retainer, you’re agreeing to this policy. If you ever have questions, just ask — I’m always happy to chat!
